We are so excited to be able to offer Hot Lunch again!!
Go to westboro.hotlunches.net
- Click on "Click Here to Register" to sign up
- Our School Access code is (all capitals): WBHL
- Enter your name, email address and phone number
- Enter a user ID
- Enter a password and then enter it again to verify that it is correct
Important Note: You need to know your child's teacher and class number before you can continue.
- Please add your children by clicking on the "STUDENTS' button at the bottom of the page or the click "PROFILE" tab at the top of the page, then click add students. It is important to add all the students first, before placing an order.
- Once the students have been added to the system, you will be able to place lunch orders by clicking the "ORDER' button below each child's name when the menu is open.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION - When entering your hot lunch orders, enter ALL your children's orders for ALL of the lunch order dates then make one payment. As we are in the process of securing a new online payment vendor, please submit payment by exact cash or cheque made payable to Westboro Parents Group. Please submit payment in an envelope marked with child(s) name and teachers name clearly marked on it.
If your child(ren) are away on hot lunch day, you may pick it up on the day of. Please text hot lunch coordinator to do this, Allison Usher at 780-907-1130. There are no refunds for absent children.
Our Hot Lunch program is not possible without the help of volunteers. We need approximately 10-15 volunteers for each hot lunch. If you can assist us with any of the hot lunches, when you enter your child(ren)'s orders, please register under the volunteer signup.
