Children's Mental Health

This site offers helpful information on how to help and support children who are exhibiting difficulty behavior or going through a family breakup. Also addressed is the importance of self-esteem and ways in which parents can nurture it in their children. It also offers tips and techniques to help children overcome irrational fears and teach them how to protect themselves.
