Busing & Boundaries

EIPS has implemented changes to the Boundary Exemption process:

A boundary exemption form will be required by students who choose to attend a school that is not in their designated area. Boundary exemption forms are not required for kindergarten students.

Please visit your designated school, complete the Boundary Exemption form and have it signed by the principal, you will be asked to provide a reason for not attending your designated school. Submit the completed form to the principal at your school of choice.

If you will be attending grade 7 this September, your child will also be required to sign the boundary exemption form.
If you live in our designated area and would like to visit, please drop in and meet our school! Our office staff is always available to help, if you have any questions, please contact either Mrs. Holmes or Mrs. Ulan.
Forms
Please complete the following forms to process your registration. Registrations may not be accepted until all forms have been completed and reviewed by the principal.
1. Registration Form for Grades K-6 (A copy of the students birth certificate is REQUIRED, as well as copies of any existing custody documents)
2. Logos Elementary Commitment (for Logos students only)
3. Boundary Exemption (REQUIRED for all students who do not live within our schools designated area)
